Do you provide returns and exchanges?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

Sales Tax Policy
Lucia Living is required by U.S. tax authorities to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain U.S. states.
Sales tax rates and rules vary by state and locality, and whether tax is charged depends on the shipping destination and applicable state and local laws.
When required, sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to the order total at checkout.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, any collected sales tax will be refunded together with the refunded order amount. For partially cancelled orders, the applicable sales tax related to the cancelled portion will also be refunded. In such cases, Lucia Living will make reasonable efforts, in accordance with applicable regulations, to report and claim the corresponding tax adjustment or refund with the relevant tax authorities.
